★Plants that Can for those who think they Cant!★

Gardening is not brain surgery, or rocket science - and if I have learned one thing, it is that gardening should never be taken seriously. So have fun. There are no rules. You may search all plants, or use the filter to search for annuals, perennials or those grown in sun, shade or for foliage or flowers. Scroll through any plant for useful information, swipe through hundreds of photos. Add plants to your list of favorites, and email some of these to your friends or spouse so they will buy you the plant you actually are lusting for. For even more excitement, I have included videos where not only do I make a fool of myself, but may even teach you a few hints. Have fun!★ About the Author ★World renown plantsman lecturer and author. He has traveled to gardens throughout Europe, South Africa, New Zealand, Japan, Australia, Canada, the Channel Island, and South America. He has appeared in International Horticulture conferences in Portugal, Toronto and Norway, chatted with Martha on the Martha Stewart Show and consulted with growers and nurseries around the globe. He has earned Professor Emeritus status within the Department of Horticulture at the University of Georgia. He has published 13 books, hundreds of trade journal articles for the horticulture industry, produced dozens of videos about plants for the gardener and is the author of an online course for the public.Native of Montreal, Canada, Dr. Armitage plays a mean guitar and enjoys hiking, skiing, and his weekly brutal games of squash and tennis. He loves his wife, kids, and grandkids.Stability improvements

It seems to take a long time to load the list. Articles concisely written. Links work well. Plant lists covers a variety of indoor, annual, perennial, grasses and woody for a variety of temperature zones. The app is okay but the authors books are so much better for overall coverage and study, though there is duplications within each book. Update 2021: Apparently issues with loading app is strength of one's internet connection.

Contains a wealth of useful information, I've hardly had the chance to get through it all! Excited to have this as a resource as we get into our growing season. Highly recommend.

Rachel Ross

Paid for and downloaded. It worked for a few days but now will not work. Why? Disappointed.

Fran Sommerville

A quick reference written in a conversational tone with info for experienced and novice gardeners.

Maria Zampini

Really enjoy the way he writes. It is not mind numbingly tedious to read what he has to say so makes it easy to absorb

Google Pixel is my phone. The app just sits there and doesn't load. Deleted it and redownload it. No help. Don't waste your money until they fix their issues

Christopher Gervais

Since I purchased this app a couple weeks ago I have not even been able to use it. Every time I click on a heading to look into things the app crashes. Every. Time. What's the deal? Using on a Nexus 6p.

Liz

Nothing on Peonies or Lily of the valley. Very disappointing.

Better than all the ones that I have come across. But like all good apps, there is always room for improvement. User input, add plants that are not covered and offline accessibility for people without data plan (me). Dr. A is awesome!
